Refund bersyarat
Karena produk berupa akses dan file digital, pembelian tidak otomatis dapat dikembalikan. Pengajuan dalam 3 hari dapat dipertimbangkan untuk:
- Pembayaran terduplikasi.
- Akses atau aktivasi tidak pernah diberikan setelah pembayaran terverifikasi.
- Masalah teknis utama yang dapat direproduksi, membuat fungsi inti tidak dapat digunakan pada sistem yang memenuhi persyaratan, dan tidak dapat kami selesaikan.
- Produk secara material tidak sesuai deskripsi publik pada saat pembelian.
Tidak memenuhi syarat
- Berubah pikiran, tidak lagi membutuhkan produk, atau salah memilih paket.
- Perangkat tidak memenuhi persyaratan yang telah dicantumkan.
- Masalah dari API key, biaya, limit, kebijakan, atau outage provider pihak ketiga.
- Hasil AI, penjualan, pendapatan, atau penerimaan marketplace tidak sesuai harapan.
- Akun atau akses disalahgunakan atau melanggar ketentuan.
Cara mengajukan
Hubungi WhatsApp +62 877-7752-0212 dengan order ID, email pembelian, nama produk, penjelasan, dan bukti masalah. Jangan mengirim credential. Target respons awal 1-2 hari kerja. Jika disetujui, akses dapat dicabut dan waktu dana kembali mengikuti penyedia pembayaran.

Conditional refunds
Because products are digital files or access, purchases are not automatically refundable. Requests made within 3 days may be considered for:
- Duplicate payment.
- Access or activation was never provided after verified payment.
- A reproducible major technical issue prevents core use on a system meeting published requirements and cannot be resolved by us.
- The product materially differed from its public description at purchase.
Not eligible
- Change of mind, no longer needing the product, or choosing the wrong package.
- A device that does not meet published requirements.
- Third-party API keys, costs, limits, policies, or outages.
- Unmet expectations for AI output, sales, revenue, or marketplace acceptance.
- Account or access abuse or terms violations.
How to request
Contact WhatsApp +62 877-7752-0212 with the order ID, purchase email, product, explanation, and evidence. Do not send credentials. Our initial response target is 1-2 business days. Approved refunds may revoke access, and fund return timing depends on the payment provider.
